Payment Terms and Methods
Once we have confirmed your order, we will put a hold on your credit card of 25% of the entire amount that is owed.
Payment for the provisions must be made in full within seven days of receiving the invoice.

Order Modifications
Add-ons have a very high level of acceptance, but when they are added at the very last minute, the requests are based on availability of the goods. In regards to removals, if a certain item on the list is not currently stocked at our warehouse by our provider, there is a possibility that we can proceed; otherwise we wouldn't be able to take them out from the confirmed order.
Delivery
We offer flexible and convenient delivery to our valued customers. Delivery location and time will be decided upon during ordering and included in the final invoice. We recognize that plans change and will accommodate last-minute changes wherever feasible. Please note that last-minute adjustments may entail an extra price to preserve our delivery service's efficiency and dependability while addressing your changing needs. Cancellations
The buyer is authorized to cancel all or a portion of a confirmed purchase at no cost and without incurring any penalties up until five (5) calendar days before the scheduled delivery date. This period of time begins on the day after the order is confirmed.
